The Skin Shop by Sara is dedicated to the health of your skin. With a “skin first” approach, we aim to improve the health and function of the skin through treatments that support the skin’s barrier to help correct, protect and maintain the health of the skin through all stages of life.
By not including traditional terms like “spa” or “medspa” we hope to represent our fresh take on a back-to-the-basics approach to treatments and skin health.

Meet The Team Behind The Skin Shop
Sara Molsbee, RN, LE, CAC
Sara has been a licensed esthetician in the state of Arkansas since 2003 and a Registered Nurse since 2007. Her career in aesthetics began in 2003 and after several years of providing facial and skincare services, Sara decided to further her education in nursing with the goal of expanding her expertise into medical aesthetics and offering more advanced treatments to her clients.
While completing nursing school, Sara continued working as an esthetician and after graduating in 2007, she accepted a position with a local plastic surgeon, gaining valuable experience in a medical and surgical setting. However, she quickly realized that her true passion remained in medical aesthetics and in building lasting relationships with clients.
In late 2007, Sara helped found a well-known local medspa. What began as an idea became Sara’s passion and the focus of her professional career for nearly 19 years. She has personally provided aesthetic treatments to hundreds of clients over the better part of two decades.
As an award-winning aesthetic nurse, Sara has built a loyal clientele founded on trust, consistency, and long-term relationships. Many of those relationships now span multiple generations, with mothers, daughters, and granddaughters entrusting Sara with their skincare and aesthetic needs—and, in many cases, their husbands as well.
Throughout her career, Sara has envisioned one day owning a business of her own. The Skin Shop by Sara represents the fullness of that dream. Built upon more than two decades of experience in aesthetics and nearly two decades in medical aesthetics, The Skin Shop by Sara is an extension of the personalized service, expertise, trusted relationships, and commitment to exceptional care that have defined Sara’s career.
Preston Molsbee, EdD, MSN, RN, CNE, CHSE
Preston is an experienced nursing professional with nearly three decades of experience in healthcare, including more than 20 years in nursing education. Throughout his career, he has earned numerous professional credentials and developed extensive experience in nursing leadership, administration, and education. Prior to entering the nursing profession, Preston also gained valuable experience in the retail industry, providing him with a well-rounded background in both healthcare and business operations.
While Preston is new to the skincare industry and will not be providing client services, he will play an active role in the day-to-day operations of The Skin Shop by Sara. Working closely alongside his wife, he will bring his leadership, organizational, and administrative experience to the business, helping support its operations and continued growth.
Robert Young, MD
Dr. Robert Young, MD has been a practicing physician in Little Rock, AR for 45 years. He is a retired, board-certified OB/GYN and ran a successful private practice in Little Rock from 1981-2002. In 2004, he joined a local medspa as Medical Director and was reunited with former patients and his passion for making an impact in women’s lives. Dr. Young has practiced in aesthetic medicine for 22 years and is well versed in the newest aesthetic practices and safety protocols. He and Sara have practiced together since 2007.
Treece Beck, LE
Treece has been an esthetician since 2011. There’s not much she hasn’t seen or waxed! She has a passion for overall skin health and skincare education. From breaking down skincare ingredients to helping you navigate the right products and services for you, she love all things esthetic! When asked what her favorite service is and her answer is always: “All of them! Variety is what makes my day a joy and I feel so blessed that my clients trust me to take care of them!”

Stacy MacDonald, Front Desk
Stacy is a native Arkansan and the first person you’ll talk to at The Skin Shop by Sara. She and her husband have been married 19 years, have three teenagers, and an English Bull Dog. She enjoys spending her free time outside, but when she’s inside you’ll likely find her knitting, quilting, baking or hosting.
